Modern Slavery Statement

MODERN SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT
Secret Owners Club
========================================

INTRODUCTION
------------
This statement is made by Secret Owners Club in accordance with Section 54
of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken — and
continue to take — to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking have
no place in our business or supply chain.

We believe transparency is not just a legal obligation — it is a reflection
of who we are as a brand. Secret Owners Club was built on the principle of
doing things properly, and that commitment extends beyond the quality of our
garments to the ethics of every hand involved in making them.

ABOUT OUR BUSINESS
------------------
Secret Owners Club is an independent UK-based premium streetwear brand,
founded with a commitment to delivering genuinely high-quality garments at
a level the mainstream market consistently fails to provide.

We are a small, founder-led business operating with a lean and closely
managed structure. Our model is intentionally built around limited drops
rather than mass production — meaning we maintain close oversight of every
stage of the process, from fabric sourcing through to final dispatch.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN
----------------
We are proud of the transparency of our supply chain, which is deliberately
kept simple and traceable:

MANUFACTURING
Our garments are produced by a family-run manufacturer based in Portugal.
Portugal is a well-established centre of ethical garment production within
the European Union, subject to robust EU labour law, workers' rights
protections, and employment standards that far exceed the minimum thresholds
required under international guidelines.

We chose our Portuguese manufacturer specifically because of their
family-run structure, their small-scale operation, and our ability to
maintain a direct and transparent relationship with the people producing
our garments. We know who makes our clothing.

MATERIALS & FABRIC SOURCING
Our fabrics — including our signature 300 GSM and 500 GSM constructions —
are sourced through our manufacturer's established supply relationships
within Europe. We are committed to understanding where our materials
originate and will continue to develop our knowledge of the full fabric
supply chain as our business grows.

PACKAGING & DISPATCH
Every Secret Owners Club order is individually packed and dispatched from
the United Kingdom. Our packing and fulfilment operation is handled
personally and directly, with no outsourcing to third-party warehouses
or fulfilment centres at this stage of our development. This means we
maintain complete direct oversight of the final stage of our supply chain.

THE RISKS WE HAVE IDENTIFIED
-----------------------------
We take a realistic and honest approach to risk assessment. As a small
brand working with a single family-run manufacturer in Portugal — an EU
member state with strong labour protections — our exposure to modern
slavery risk within our direct supply chain is considered low.

However, we recognise that:

- Deeper tiers of the textile supply chain — including raw material
production and yarn or fibre sourcing — carry inherent risks that are
  harder to directly control
- As our business grows and our supply chain potentially expands, new
risks may emerge that require additional due diligence

We are committed to maintaining visibility of these risks and addressing
them proactively.

STEPS WE HAVE TAKEN
--------------------
Despite being a small business, we have taken the following concrete steps
to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our operations:

SUPPLIER SELECTION
We selected our Portuguese manufacturer on the basis of direct relationship,
family-run structure, and EU-regulated operating environment. We did not
choose the cheapest available option — we chose the most transparent one.
We visit and maintain direct communication with our supplier.

DIRECT OVERSIGHT
Because our business is founder-led and our volumes are intentionally
limited, we maintain a level of personal oversight that larger brands
simply cannot. Every order passes through our hands before it reaches
a customer.

PRICING ETHICS
We believe that unsustainably low pricing in fashion is one of the root
causes of exploitative labour practices. Secret Owners Club prices
reflect the true cost of ethical, quality production. We will not
compromise on this.

NO SUBCONTRACTING WITHOUT APPROVAL
We require that our manufacturer does not subcontract any part of our
production to third parties without our prior knowledge and approval.

OUR COMMITMENTS GOING FORWARD
------------------------------
As Secret Owners Club grows, we commit to:

- Maintaining direct communication with our manufacturer and visiting
  production facilities where possible
- Developing a formal supplier code of conduct as our supply chain expands
- Extending our supply chain due diligence to cover fabric and material
  sourcing at deeper tiers
- Reviewing and updating this statement annually to reflect the current
state of our operations honestly and accurately
- Ensuring that any new supplier or manufacturing partner is vetted
against our ethical standards before engagement

APPROVAL & REVIEW
-----------------
This statement has been approved by the founder and director of
Secret Owners Club and reflects our position as of July 2026.

We commit to reviewing this statement annually. As our business develops,
this statement will be updated to reflect any changes to our supply chain,
operations, or due diligence processes.
