INTRODUCTION

Secret Owners Club is committed to making our website accessible to as many
people as possible. We recognise that our website is still in its early stages
of development and that there is work still to be done to meet full
accessibility standards. This statement is an honest reflection of where we
currently are and what we are committed to improving.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We acknowledge that our website does not
yet fully meet these standards and we are committed to making ongoing
improvements as our site develops.

CURRENT STATUS

We have recently conducted an initial accessibility scan of our website using
the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (wave.webaim.org) and have
identified a number of areas that require improvement. We are aware of these
issues and they are on our development roadmap.

Known areas we are working to improve include:

- Image alternative text — we are in the process of ensuring all images
carry accurate and descriptive alt text for screen reader users
- Colour contrast — we are reviewing areas of the site where text and
background contrast may not yet meet WCAG AA requirements
- Form labelling — we are reviewing our email sign-up and contact forms
to ensure they are fully accessible to assistive technology users
- Keyboard navigation — we are working to ensure all site functions can
be operated without a mouse

We want to be transparent that this is ongoing work. We are a new and growing
brand and we are committed to addressing these issues progressively.

WHAT WE HAVE IN PLACE

Despite the improvements still to be made, the following accessibility
measures are already in place on our website:

- Our website is built on Shopify, a platform with a strong commitment
to accessibility and regular accessibility updates
- Our site can be navigated using a keyboard on most pages
- Text can be resized using standard browser controls without loss of
content or functionality
- We do not use content that flashes or strobes, which could affect
users with photosensitive epilepsy

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
-------------------
Our website uses third-party services including payment processors and
social media integrations. We cannot fully control the accessibility of
content provided by these third parties, though we endeavour to work with
providers who take accessibility seriously.

We understand that accessibility barriers can be frustrating. If you are
unable to access any part of our website or need information in an
alternative format, please contact us and we will do our best to help you
directly.

We aim to respond to all accessibility queries within 5 working days.
